Service Description

WingIt is a platform that connects users with available empty leg private jet flights. We act as an intermediary between users and charter operators. All flights are subject to availability and operator approval.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to operator confirmation
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required to confirm bookings
• Cancellation policies vary by operator
• Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations
• We are not responsible for operator cancellations

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide valid identification for travel
• Comply with all aviation regulations
• Arrive on time for scheduled flights
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Respect aircraft and crew
• Follow operator-specific rules

Prohibited Uses

You may not use WingIt to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Harass or harm other users
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with service operations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WingIt are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

WingIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Flight availability or pricing accuracy
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Specific outcomes from using our service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WingIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WingIt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution
